Terms of service

1. Contact me for commissions through DA notes, Instagram dms, Vk dms or my email
2. I only accept commissions which I feel comfortable drawing (see the “I draw/I don’t draw” graphs for some general idea)
3. Payment through Paypal & Patreon
4. I have the right to decline your commission for any reason, especially if it goes against my given terms.
5. I reserve the full rights for the art and have the right to post the commissioned art to my DA gallery, unless discussed beforehand. If you don’t want your commissioned art to be posted, please let me know in advance!
6. You reserve the full rights for your original characters depicted in the commissioned artwork.
7. You are permitted to post the commissioned artwork yourself, provided you give credit to the original artist. You are not permitted to claim the commissioned art as your own or discredit it.
8. You are not permitted to sell or reproduce the commissioned art without my permission
9. My art can be used for commercial purposes if we discuss it beforehand, provided I give my full consent and you still give me an artist credit
10. Keep in mind that the hours of work depicted on this page are theoretical. Due to university work I may take longer to complete your commission. If I am unable to finish it, you receive full refund
11. Once accepting your commission, I send the rough sketch for your approval, then you send full payment and I proceed to work on your commission. In case of cancelling the commission, payment can't be returned after the approval stage.

Process of work

o As a firstly traditional artist, I do my sketches traditionally by hand, then scan them, then do the line- and colour-work over the scanned sketch digitally
o If asked, I can send you both traditional (scanned) sketches and the digital linework
o Keep in mind that I don’t do fully-traditional commissions
o I work with Paint Tool SAI V2 for all the digital work
o Please provide as much references as you can – I won’t draw characters based on verbal description, even a very detailed one
o When commissioning me, try to be specific about the art you’d like to see as the result. Provide your comments, wishes and suggestions of the characters’ poses, expressions, the overall scene, bg, objects, themes/symbolism, possible colourschemes even. You can as well leave it all to my “artistic interpretation”, but be warned that it may not match your vision or understanding of the character(s)
o I don’t usually release editable (.sai) files of my art
o Time process of my work can be unstable due to university studies and personal life situations in general. Please keep that in mind when commissioning me – I’m still figuring out my life’s balance :)

Sketch (from 5 $)

headshot & halfbody - 5 $; fullbody - 10 $
theoretical work hours – 1 hour (w/t colour), 1.5-2 hours (with colour)
+5 $ for colouring and minimal shading
+5 $ for an additional character (objects/items/pets don’t count)

Chibi (from 15 $)

theoretical work hours – 2-2.5 hours
simple colour & shading

Medallion/Halfbody character (from 20 $)

theoretical work hours – 2-2.5 hours

theoretical work hours – 2-2.5 hours
simple or complex (+5$) colour & shading
bg can be abstract/simplistic or transparent

Fullbody character (from 25 $)

theoretical work hours – 2-3 hours
simple colouring and shading
bg can be simplistic/abstract or transparent
+10 $ for an additional character (objects/items/pets don’t count)

Portrait (from 40 $)

theoretical work hours – 3-4 hours
waist-up level usually
can be more detailed (+5$) or more simplistic in terms of shading
bg isn’t overly detailed, can be a solid colour or a simplistic scenery/interior
+10 $ for an additional character (objects/items/pets don’t count)

Full scene (from 60 $)

theoretical work hours – 4 hours upward
can be fullbody or halfbody depending on the angle/overall composition
detailed colour and shading
bg can be simplified scenery/indoors
+15 $ for an additional character (objects/items/pets don’t count)
up to four additional characters (simplified crowds/far-distance figures don’t count)

I will draw

Humans/humanoids, animals, anthro/furry, fantasy creatures (dragons, unicorns, etc), original speciesOCs (original characters) and fandom-based characters. Note that you will need to give me an updated good-quality clear reference sheet or a drawing/photo of the character beforehandRomantic & platonic couples and groups of characters (up to four, each goes for an additional price)SFW art. There is a chance that I’ll agree to NSFW art (nothing too extreme however, if you’re not sure, note me for details)

I won't draw

gore, vore, blood, art with heavy violence-oriented themes (acts of killing and such)fetish art: no tities large enough to crash people or very explicit sexual depictions of characters (no explicit sexual acts)offensive, parody or hate artimitation of someone else’s style (including anime or Disney style)complex machinery, vehicles, furniture and objects (I’m not yet comfortable with drawing them)extreme NSFWhyper-realistic art and characters. Please note that I do not claim to be a realistic artist and tend to do stylized characters and scenes
